We still have some data in the wiki, and we also have in-codebase documentation, such as this Architecture Overview which is deployed to our documentation website (GitHub Pages). Pull in and organize all the content from the wiki into the in-codebase documentation. DELETE IT FROM THE WIKI for each thing you pull in.
When we are done, we will disable the wiki and instead link more heavily to the in-codebase documentation.
This task can be broken into several small PRs for easy review and incremental progress.
