Problem building on Win7 - "Fatal error: spawn ENOENT" #453
Description
When trying to build I get the error "Fatal error: spawn ENOENT". With verbose and debug enabled I get some more details.
grunt -dv results in:
...
Running "bower:install" (bower) task

Fatal error: spawn ENOENT
node -v
v0.10.28

Any help is appreciated!
