Five fixes from the review of the release PR, one commit each:

• Bulk retry audit: a background run is recorded when it starts, and an error that stops it part way records how many it had saved. Before, a run that didn't finish left no audit entry.
• Export temp disk: a file that would take a zip past 1 GB is left out before it's read, and a node builds one background export at a time; the next waits, saying so.
• Failed background export: shows "Ended with an error" and Open, not a Download that did nothing. The result status now travels with each live update.
• Explain, other attempts: a chain line is sent only when masking could check it: this attempt's, ones with its very line, or ones whose own documents were read. Others are withheld.
• Explain, overlong lines: a first line longer than the 4,000 characters read goes as its exception type only.
