Summary
Show the underlying ACP error detail when a message submission fails, instead of displaying only the generic “Internal error”. Reuse the existing error-detail formatter and retain the special handling for unknown acceptance outcomes.
Motivation
The submission UI discarded the detail carried in the error’s data field, leaving users without an explanation for rejected messages.
