In the UI version, after establishing a connection and then stopping it, clicking ‘Start’ again fails to reconnect. I suspect the SOCKS and HTTP proxy ports are still occupied from the previous session.

    this issue is solved in #4
    i have tested it manually and there is no more "start" issue after stoping and the ports are released now.
