…mates (v0.462.2) Governed sessions refuse inbound cross-session messages, but the tool stays available, so a send to another session looked delivered and was dropped. The operating notes now steer agents to ask_agent/task_create/ask_human/notify. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
