Setup react native/expo to enable migrating the UI

I think the way that it will work is first you make react native work and then you can drop in expo to react native

So I hit a roadblock trying to build a kotlin native module bridge in the standard react native style...

To access the old functions to get the data....

But we might be able to get around this by just going directly to the database with a sqllite adapter

How about we to for expo native modules instead
