Closes #131

Fixes #131. Merges upstream v0.1.1-nightly.20261020.3438 into custom-nightly with a merge commit.

File:lines Class custom-nightly Upstream Kept Why
apps/web/tsconfig.json:10 disjoint lib bumped to ES2024 lib gains ESNext.Disposable (for using in tests) both: ["ES2024", "ESNext.Disposable", "DOM", "DOM.Iterable"] The fork's bump and upstream's addition are independent, and the new test harness needs the disposable lib.
apps/web/src/components/usage/UsagePage.refresh.browser.test.tsx:186-250 same question, different answers Limits never probes providers (no auto-refresh on open, return, remount or connect); the two auto-refresh tests are replaced and refreshProviders is expected not to be called Test harness moved to setup()/renderPage() with using/await using; still asserts auto-refresh on open upstream's harness with the fork's behavior assertions The fork's UsagePage does not auto-refresh, so the fork's expectations stay. Upstream's harness change is plain refactoring and the fork tests are ported onto it.
pnpm-lock.yaml regenerated n/a upstream's lockfile upstream's, reconciled with pnpm install --ignore-scripts Per the task. The fork's dependencies are still in the result.

No other build fixes were needed. I did not run checks locally; fork CI covers the typecheck and desktop build.
