Follow-up to #22408, which merged before this polish round landed on its branch. Two files, no rendering code:
UsageLimitsPooled.browser.test.tsx: a pooled-segment test for the sub-6px guard (the segment is narrowed to 4.5px; tick, gap clip and gapped track must all disappear). It fails with the 6px guard switched off. The row bar already had this test; the pooled segment was covered only by capture.apps/web/test/fixtures/usage-limits-hub/README.md: everything a rebuild of the fix(web,mobile): Limits bars show the even-pace mark as a tick in a gap #22408 evidence needs that previously lived only in the PR body: the frozen-clock value and snippet, viewports and themes, theTeam hubsource label, and a note on which rows come from local installs rather than the fixture.Verification: lint clean, 11 usage browser tests pass, web typecheck passes. No evidence recaptured because no rendering code changed (
