   Related: Refs #898 (named in the body). Same failure Drew flagged on 2026-10-26, partially fixed by the in-flight lane but not at board composition. No merged PR references this issue (checked this run); still open, no comments — still live.

   Notes / risks: 89% Done on a work-in-progress board trains readers to ignore the board. The retired Done-table class filter needs the provenance note so a missing card is explainable rather than a new mystery.

   Suggested approach: Filter/collapse at the aggregator (single source) rather than in each render path: Done >7d dropped, Done <=7d collapsed with count, retired-class Kaneo cards filtered with provenance; cover with a render test using a board fixture dominated by Done cards.

   Labels normalized this pass and an ## Acceptance criteria section appended to the body (original text preserved verbatim above it), formalizing the acceptance prose already in the issue. Marked meta/enriched.
