id: determinism proof — replay harness over the world clock, cross-machine checkpoint hashes (from #2039) #3791
Description
Buildable slice 1 from the #2038 match-audit investigation (doc/2026-10-29T10-54-33Z_investigation_match_audit_netcode_replay section 6), adopted by the #2039 synthesis (task 5730). Gates every other attestation/audit slice.
Record a session of an existing example world on the existing world clock, replay it on a different machine/architecture, and assert checkpoint hashes match. Report exactly where determinism breaks if it does (float discipline is the named suspect, doc section 3.5) — a measured negative result is a valid outcome and routes the float-policy decision with evidence.
Acceptance: harness + recorded session fixture in pkgs/id; cross-machine replay result (pass, or the precise divergence point) reported on this issue; no changes to shipped world behaviour.
