This issue was created by the fleet dispatch thin client's launch proof (epic #5412 step 4, #5432):
fleet dispatch launch→POST /v1/sessions→ this issue + queue task 9647 + OpenCode sessionses_e5e58dfa050ffexldsrSut6fjd, which replied with the requested marker (FLEET-STEP4-PROOF-OK) and made no changes. Task 9647 has been completed under its claim holder (dispatch-opencode); the companion enqueue proof (task 9645) was cancelled after its round-trip verified.No action is needed on this issue; it exists as the launch path's tracking artifact.
