feat(pm-aggregator): AA cost explorer page (fleet-feed backed) - #1250
Adds an AA Cost Explorer page to the PM Stack aggregator, following the existing /dns pattern exactly: manifest entry, server-rendered page + /api/aa.json twin, a Source method with fixtures and live (fleet-feed) implementations, and a collector-built feed section.
Data flow
Supabase ainventory (the AA workbook import) → scripts/collect-fleet-feed.ts → fleet feed aa section → aggregator page + JSON twin.
The collector runs ONE SQL statement against the latest import batch (v_latest_workbook_batch) through the Supabase Management API and embeds the result as a single jsonb payload: v_rankings (138 rows), v_threshold_metrics (1144), AA Intelligence Index rows of benchmark_results (35), the raw Test_Runs sheet rows (183 runs), and the batch's sources provenance.
The Supabase token is resolved by name only from Bitwarden Secrets Manager (supabase.access-token-muse-cli) via the same resolveBwsSecret helper the Projects token now shares; it is never logged and never written to the feed. Env overrides: SUPABASE_PROJECT_REF, AA_OPENCODE_CONFIG_PATH.
Fail-soft like every other section, but stated in-band: any failure embeds {status:"absent", reason} and the page renders the reason instead of stale numbers.
src/aa.ts (new) holds the pure pieces: Management-API string→number coercion, Test_Runs mapping keyed off the sheet's own header row (empty cells stay null — timing is never invented), JSONC parsing of .opencode/opencode.jsonc (comment + trailing-comma safe), and pool/catalog coverage.
Coverage compares AA-measured names against the config's provider catalogs and every route pool's leaf targets (nested opencode-route/* expanded, #variant pins stripped) with token normalization + a small alias map; the page labels it best-effort ("a miss means not matched, not absent").
Refresh path
No new timers. The existing coding-plan-watch workbook import flips v_latest_workbook_batch; the ~5-minute fleet-feed collector picks the new batch up on its next run, and the page follows.
What the page shows
Rankings table (all ranked configs: intelligence, $/task, time/task, speed, intel/$, balanced value, "usable up to" from the threshold view).
Timing table from Test_Runs (TTFT / first answer / E2E-500 / time per task) with explicit "not measured" where the workbook has no value.
Measured-configurations table (AA II rows, effort labels verbatim).
Coverage: measured ∧ in-catalog ∧ unpooled (the actionable list), measured ∧ not in any catalog, and — collapsed — catalog ids with no AA measurement and no pool seat. That last list is where commandcode/reflection/beam:free (Reflection Beam) verifiably sits today: Beam has no AA measurement in the database (checked across rankings, benchmark_results and Test_Runs), so it is not presented as measured.
Provenance card: batch id, per-source imported_at / drive_modified_at, and the Test_Runs snapshot vintage computed from the data itself (2026-09-28 – 2026-10-21 in the current batch) — the figures are the workbook snapshot's, not a live AA pull.
Verification
bun test: 158 pass / 0 fail (15 new AA tests: JSONC strip, header-keyed Test_Runs mapping, coverage matching incl. the Beam case and the GPT-6 vs GPT-6.1 distinction, payload assembly/coercion, manifest, render, HTTP routes).
bunx tsc --noEmit: clean. Collector also validated standalone via bun build.
The collector's exact SQL was run read-only against live Supabase and the payload pushed through the real assembly + the repo's real opencode.jsonc: section validates, 138 rankings / 1144 thresholds / 35 configs / 183 test runs, coverage = 21 measured-not-pooled (17 in a catalog), Beam only in the unmeasured list.
Fixture-mode dev server curled: GET /aa → 200 (page markers incl. "not measured" and the Beam catalog id), GET /api/aa.json → 200 with the section JSON.
Not merged — for review first. The page lights up on the laptop aggregator after the next collector run following deploy.

Merge Risk: Low · previous review f67da
The explorer is mergeable with bounded follow-up for misleading labels, coverage omissions, and narrow input-handling gaps. Malformed feeds can fail the AA page, but the current collector supplies the required arrays; no broad availability or data-loss risk is established.

Remove the hardcoded AA version from the provenance text.
renderAa writes the literal AA Intelligence Index v4.3.2 into the provenance text for every status: "ok" section. The text does not come from the batch. AaSection has no version field, and neither renderAa nor aaSectionFromSupabase checks the version. When the workbook batch advances to a newer AA Intelligence Index version, the page renders the new rankings under the old version label. Rankings carry benchmarkVersionKey per row, but the provenance text does not use it. The label will be wrong on the first version change.
Suggested fix
-<span class="muted">These are the workbook snapshot's figures (AA Intelligence Index v4.3.2), not a live Artificial Analysis pull.${summary.snapshotVintage ? ` Test_Runs snapshots in this batch: ${esc(summary.snapshotVintage.min)} – ${esc(summary.snapshotVintage.max)}.` : ""} A workbook refresh (the coding-plan-watch import) flips the batch; the feed collector picks it up within minutes.</span>+<span class="muted">These are the workbook snapshot's figures, not a live Artificial Analysis pull.${summary.snapshotVintage ? ` Test_Runs snapshots in this batch: ${esc(summary.snapshotVintage.min)} – ${esc(summary.snapshotVintage.max)}.` : ""} A workbook refresh (the coding-plan-watch import) flips the batch; the feed collector picks it up within minutes.</span>
Remove the version text rather than derive it. The benchmarkVersionKey values use a key format (for example aa-v4.3.2), and this review did not establish how that key maps to the display label. If the page needs a version, render the batch's distinct benchmarkVersionKey values from rankings after the mapping is confirmed.

benchmarkVersionKey.
Minor · Require sources and thresholds in isAaSection. · aa.ts:478-484
isAaSection accepts an ok AA section that lacks sources or thresholds. renderAa then throws on that section, and the /aa request returns an unhandled error instead of the absent-data state. The feed.aa section reaches the renderer through this path:
loadFeed checks only version, generatedAt, quota, and attention, so it passes a feed whose aa field is malformed.
isAaSection checks batch, rankings (with string testRunKey and family), configs, and testRuns. It does not check sources or thresholds.
The live source returns feed.aa when isAaSection passes.
renderAa calls summarizeAa(s), which iterates section.thresholds with for...of. A missing thresholds throws a TypeError. If thresholds is present, s.sources.map throws for a missing sources.
The /aa route has no try block, and the handler's catch blocks sit only inside POST branches. The exception propagates out of handler.
The trigger needs a feed produced by a collector that omits these fields. A truncated feed file does not reach this path, because JSON.parse fails and loadFeed returns null.
With this change, a feed missing these fields falls back to the "not collected yet" state. The collector's own output includes both arrays, so valid feeds still pass. The fix does not validate numeric fields inside rankings or configs. That path is not verified here and needs a separate check.

Minor · List every unpooled catalog id, not one id per model name. · aa.ts:301-319
List every unpooled catalog id, not one id per model name.
computeAaCoverage keys the unmeasured map by normalized model name, so only the first catalog id for each model survives. Two providers can catalog the same model with separate ids that both lack a pool seat and neither is measured. The output then lists only one of those ids. The field is documented and rendered as "Catalog ids verbatim from the config," so each distinct configured id should appear.
For example, if claude-opus-5-5 is unmeasured and unpooled, antigravity-agy/claude-opus-5-5 is listed and antigravity-ls/claude-opus-5-5, cloudflare-ai-gateway/anthropic/claude-opus-5.5, and commandcode/claude-opus-5-5 are dropped.
Change the map to collect ids. Keep the model-level pool and measurement checks.

Minor · Fix the FIXTURE_AA coverage literal so it matches the fixture's own rows. · fixtures.ts:793-798
Fix the FIXTURE_AA coverage literal so it matches the fixture's own rows.
FIXTURE_AA.coverage lists Grok 4.7 and Kimi K3 as measured. The same fixture has no rankings, configs, or testRuns rows for either model. Fixture mode renders this literal, so the fixture page shows two models as measured that the fixture does not measure.
Either add measurement rows for Grok 4.7 and Kimi K3 to FIXTURE_AA, or remove those names from coverage. Deriving coverage from the fixture rows is an alternative. Keep the hunk's comment that the fixture is "shaped exactly like the collector's section" accurate after the change.
The render test at pm-stack/aggregator/test/aa.test.ts:289-299 asserts only that the Beam id and other strings appear. It does not assert that the coverage lists match the fixture rows, so this inconsistency does not fail any test.

Minor · The AA footer label does not match the returned data in the no-feed state. · live.ts:830-833
pm-stack/aggregator/src/sources/live.ts:830-833 🗄️ Data Integrity & Integration | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win
The AA footer label does not match the returned data in the no-feed state.
When getFeed() returns null, liveSource.aa() returns null and sets provenance.aa to "fixtures (no fleet feed file yet)". The aa facet returns no fixture data in this state. The footer therefore says the AA facet is fixture-backed while the page shows the not-yet-received banner. The claim is accurate as stated. The impact is limited to a misleading status label, and the fixed label is a small change.
The same no-feed label pattern is used by the quota facet, but there it is paired with return fix.quota(), so the label matches the returned data. The aa branch has no equivalent fixture return. The label is only inaccurate for aa, and the same mismatch applies to the dns and orchestration branches, which return null with the same label.
Replace the no-feed label so the footer describes the absent feed without naming fixtures:

Minor · Match the Test_Runs header on test_run_key alone. · aa.ts:71-74
testRunsFromSheetRows accepts a header row only when it contains both test_run_key and ttft_seconds. If a workbook revision removes or renames the TTFT column, rows.find returns nothing, and the function returns []. The timing table then shows none for every row, even when first_answer_seconds, e2e_500_seconds, or time_per_task_seconds still hold values. The doc comment identifies the header as the row carrying test_run_key among its cells, and says a workbook column reorder changes nothing. The TTFT check contradicts that contract. When ttft_seconds is absent, its lookup returns undefined, so the matching field becomes null and the other timings still map. Matching on test_run_key alone keeps those values visible.
The existing mapping test uses a header that includes ttft_seconds, so it still exercises the same path.

Update the header lookup in testRunsFromSheetRows to identify the header row by
test_run_key alone; do not require ttft_seconds, so other available timing
fields still map when that column is absent.
Add a liveSource().aa() test for the collector feed read.
The new HTTP test at test/aa.test.ts:357-369 starts the server with PM_AGG_SOURCE: "fixtures", so it exercises fixtureSource().aa() and not the live path. No test in pm-stack/aggregator/test calls .aa( on a live source. A regression in liveSource().aa() can pass the suite.
liveSource().aa() in src/sources/live.ts:817-834 returns feed.aa only when feed?.aa && isAaSection(feed.aa) holds. The result depends on the input:
A valid section that passes the guard is returned. Its provenance names the fleet feed batch.
A section with status: "absent" that passes the guard is returned. Its provenance reads AA section absent: <reason>.
A section that fails the guard, or a feed with no aa key, returns null. Its provenance reads "not collected yet" when a feed exists, or "fixtures (no fleet feed file yet)" when no feed file exists.
Add a test that writes a feed file with a collector-shaped aa section, sets PM_AGG_SOURCE: "live", and calls liveSource(cfg).aa(). Cover these cases:
Valid section: assert status and the batch provenance text.
Absent section: assert the AA section absent provenance branch.
Guard-rejected section: assert the null result and the matching fallback provenance.
Follow the liveSource.items test pattern at test/projects.test.ts:142-161.

311-315: Trivial · Performance & Scalability · Low value
The AA wait adds up to about two minutes to each collector run, and that delay is a deferable latency improvement.
collectAaSection runs at scripts/collect-fleet-feed.ts:482, and the only feed write runs after it at :534. The AA section can add two bounded waits before that write:
resolveBwsSecret("supabase.access-token-muse-cli") at :306 runs two bws calls, secret list and secret get. Each call has timeout: 30_000 at :213, so this step can take up to about 60 s.
The Supabase fetch at :311 has AbortSignal.timeout(60_000) at :315, so it can take up to 60 s.
A slow Supabase or bws call can therefore delay the non-AA sections (quota, attention, Projects, snapshots) by up to about 120 s per run. The timer fires every five minutes (pm-stack/aggregator/systemd/fleet-feed-collector.timer:6). The feed is rewritten on each run. A stale feed still renders, and its age is stated in the provenance (pm-stack/aggregator/README.md:328, pm-stack/aggregator/src/feed.ts:5). This delay is therefore latency, not a failure of a stated freshness limit.
The fetchProjectPool and drainSnapshotOutbox awaits already gate the write in the same way. Starting the AA work earlier, so it overlaps those awaits, would remove most of the added delay. Any such change must keep the AA result and its absent-section paths. It must also attach error handling before an earlier await can throw. This comment does not propose a single edit for that change.

Round the total before splitting it into minutes and seconds in fmtSec.
fmtSec takes the minutes from Math.floor(v / 60) but rounds the seconds separately with Math.round(v % 60). When the fractional part pushes the remainder to 59.5 or higher, the rounded seconds become 60. For example, fmtSec(119.8) returns 1m 60s instead of 2m 0s. The same defect affects any value where v % 60 is in [59.5, 60). The function is new in this PR, and it feeds the time columns on the AA cost explorer page. Source timings can carry fractional seconds, and num() does not round them.

Review comment at @pm-stack/aggregator/src/render.ts around lines 1055 - 1059:
Update fmtSec to round the total seconds before calculating minutes and the
remaining seconds, so rounded seconds cannot reach 60. Preserve the existing
null handling and one-decimal formatting for values below 60 seconds.

Render the usable target as an upper bound
For configurations that stop being usable above a particular target, this renders the threshold in the wrong direction. summarizeAa() computes the highest target marked usable, but the “Usable up to” cell displays ≥ that value. For example, the test payload is usable at 30 and unusable at 40, yet this renders ≥ 30, suggesting that higher targets qualify. Use ≤ or display the maximum without an inequality so the table does not reverse the threshold guidance.

Exclude disabled providers from reachable catalog coverage
When a model is catalogued only by a disabled provider, this loop still includes it in coverage, allowing it to appear under the page's “Measured and reachable today” actionable list. The checked .opencode/opencode.jsonc explicitly disables providers including cloudflare-ai-gateway, google, and antigravity-agy; using that config, computeAaCoverage(["Claude Sonnet 4.5"], inputs) reports it as catalogued and unpooled, although its matching catalog entry belongs to the disabled Cloudflare provider. Filter providers using disabled_providers before building the reachable catalog so disabled seats do not produce misleading routing recommendations.

Adds an AA Cost Explorer page to the PM Stack aggregator, following the existing
/dnspattern exactly: manifest entry, server-rendered page +/api/aa.jsontwin, aSourcemethod with fixtures and live (fleet-feed) implementations, and a collector-built feed section.Data flow
Supabase
ainventory(the AA workbook import) →scripts/collect-fleet-feed.ts→ fleet feedaasection → aggregator page + JSON twin.v_latest_workbook_batch) through the Supabase Management API and embeds the result as a single jsonb payload:v_rankings(138 rows),v_threshold_metrics(1144), AA Intelligence Index rows ofbenchmark_results(35), the rawTest_Runssheet rows (183 runs), and the batch'ssourcesprovenance.supabase.access-token-muse-cli) via the sameresolveBwsSecrethelper the Projects token now shares; it is never logged and never written to the feed. Env overrides:SUPABASE_PROJECT_REF,AA_OPENCODE_CONFIG_PATH.{status:"absent", reason}and the page renders the reason instead of stale numbers.src/aa.ts(new) holds the pure pieces: Management-API string→number coercion, Test_Runs mapping keyed off the sheet's own header row (empty cells stay null — timing is never invented), JSONC parsing of.opencode/opencode.jsonc(comment + trailing-comma safe), and pool/catalog coverage.opencode-route/*expanded,#variantpins stripped) with token normalization + a small alias map; the page labels it best-effort ("a miss means not matched, not absent").Refresh path
No new timers. The existing coding-plan-watch workbook import flips

commandcode/reflection/beam:free(Reflection Beam) verifiably sits today: Beam has no AA measurement in the database (checked across rankings, benchmark_results and Test_Runs), so it is not presented as measured.Verification

Collector also validated standalone viabun build.opencode.jsonc: section validates, 138 rankings / 1144 thresholds / 35 configs / 183 test runs, coverage = 21 measured-not-pooled (17 in a catalog), Beam only in the unmeasured list.GET /aa→ 200 (page markers incl.
