💡 What: Added aria-labels to the new-file-name, tag-add-key, tag-add-value inputs and the + tag addition button.
🎯 Why: Screen reader users could not understand the purpose of these inputs as they only relied on visual placeholders or symbols (e.g. +) without programmatic labels.
📸 Before/After: Visual presentation is completely unchanged.
♿ Accessibility: Ensures that screen readers can announce the purpose of the new file input and the inline tag editor components. Also logged critical learning in .Jules/palette.md.
