Phase 8 of the id design (open design items, retention, multi-device, and views).

• P8.2 Retention & pruning: EventStore::prune_behind_cut respects open removals (needed for membership voidness check) and open frontiers, pruning unneeded events behind a causal cut while maintaining invariants and query fold outcomes. (4 new integration tests in tests/retention_pruning.rs).
• P8.3 Multi-device: account keys authorize device keys via signed device.add and device.revoke capability delegations. Removing an account severs all its device authorizations under cascade rules. Device counting helpers active_device_count and group_device_count. (6 new integration tests in tests/multidevice.rs).
• P8.4 Views: extended DirectoryView and render_text to render waiting events, voided events, and frozen chains with their typed rejection reasons (Reason::{Voided, Waiting, Frozen}), keeping HTTP JSON and SSH text in step. (6 new integration tests in tests/views_explorer.rs).
• P8.5 Cross-world rules: verified and completed in src/groups/worlds.rs (9 unit tests in groups::worlds).
• P8.6 Warnings UI: wired group size tier (tier=0, 96, 128, 1000) and churn warnings into id group policy and id group list views using Evaluator. (3 new integration tests in tests/cli_warnings.rs).
• Explicitly skipped/deferred: P8.1 time & witnesses (deferred per task 09); P8.7 BeeKEM (skipped per owner confirmation); P8.8 lint sweeps (deferred per plan).

Targeted tests: all pass. Lib suite: 1259 passed, 0 failed, 4 ignored.
