id(web): grapheme-width parity remainders for the world presenter (#1581) - #2945
Fixes#1581 — the four remainder divergence classes between the web world presenter (pkgs/id/web/src/world-surface.ts) and the Rust validator (unicode-width 0.2.2):
Composed Hangul jamo — jamo vowels/trailing jamo (U+1160..U+11FF) contribute 0, so LV/LVT clusters measure 2 like the precomposed syllable instead of the per-component sum (3–4).
Spacing marks + symbol cap — only Mn/Me marks measure 0 now; Mc spacing marks (lone U+0903) measure 1. The TS-only symbol.length > 16 cap is removed: the Rust validator imposes no symbol-length limit, and the cap refused Rust-valid cells (e.g. e + 17 combining acutes, 18 UTF-16 units, width 1).
Every width was re-verified this shift with a Rust probe against the pinned unicode-width =0.2.2 + unicode-segmentation (the exact crates world_presentation.rs uses), including cluster cases (U+0915+U+0903 = 2, U+0915+U+093C = 1).
Tests: new parity block in world-surface.test.ts covers each class at its correct column count (renders) and wrong one (refused). Laptop: world-surface.test.ts 7/7 pass; full web suite 489 passed with 1 pre-existing search-panel failure (verified failing identically on clean main); tsc --noEmit clean.
Queue task 1842.

Bug Fixes
Improved world-screen rendering for a wider range of Unicode characters, including wide symbols, Hangul, combining and spacing marks, and emoji modifier sequences.
Corrected column-width handling so supported symbols render when their declared width matches, while mismatched widths remain rejected.
Longer grapheme clusters can now render without being rejected solely because of their length.
)
- WIDE_RANGES gains U+2B1B..U+2B1C and U+2B55 (wide in unicode-width
0.2.2, previously measured 1).
- An emoji-modifier sequence measures 2 as a whole, even on a narrow
base (U+261D + U+1F3FB), instead of as its base alone.
- Hangul jamo vowels/trailing jamo (U+1160..U+11FF) contribute 0, so
composed LV/LVT clusters measure 2 like the precomposed syllable.
- Only Mn/Me marks measure 0; spacing marks (Mc, e.g. lone U+0903)
measure 1.
- The TS-only 16-unit symbol cap is removed: the Rust validator has
no symbol-length limit, and the cap refused Rust-valid cells.
All widths re-verified against a Rust probe on the pinned
unicode-width 0.2.2. Parity tests cover each class at its correct and
wrong column counts. Full web suite: 489 passed, 1 pre-existing
search-panel failure (also failing on clean main), tsc clean.

Walkthrough
The world-surface presenter updates Unicode width calculations for selected symbols and graphemes. It removes the 16-UTF-16-unit symbol limit and adds tests for width matches, mismatches, and long combining graphemes.
Width calculation recognizes U+2B1B and U+2B55 as wide, treats Hangul jamo as zero-width, distinguishes spacing marks from non-spacing and enclosing marks, and measures emoji-modifier graphemes with a base as two columns.
Render validation and parity tests pkgs/id/web/src/world-surface.ts, pkgs/id/web/src/world-surface.test.ts
The renderer removes the 16-UTF-16-unit limit while retaining its grapheme and width checks. Tests cover the updated width cases and an 18-unit combining grapheme.
Some text-presentation symbols can cause the browser to show fallback text instead of the grid. This is a bounded display regression; correct the width handling or explicitly accept it before merging.

…1581)
Codex P2 on df6e0cf: the Mc-to-width-1 change regressed Bengali U+0995 U+09BE and Oriya U+0B15 U+0B3E, whose spacing marks also carry Grapheme_Extend, which unicode-width 0.2 treats as zero-width. codePointWidth now returns 0 for Grapheme_Extend code points (after the wide check, so emoji modifiers are unaffected); U+0903 (Mc without Grapheme_Extend) still measures 1. Regression coverage for both clusters added beside the U+0903 case. Web tests: world-surface 7/7 pass, tsc clean; the one full-suite failure (search-panel) is pre-existing on the branch base, proven by stash-and-rerun.
Add a refusal check for the 18-unit grapheme at two columns.
The test only asserts that longGrapheme renders at one column. Nothing in this file refuses a symbol of that length declared as two columns. Add the refusal beside the acceptance check, as the other width tests do. Without it, a future length-based path that skips the width comparison would not fail this test.

unicode-width 0.2.2 narrows a default-emoji-presentation code point from 2 to 1 when U+FE0E (VS15) immediately follows it, but graphemeWidth summed the wide base and the zero-width selector to 2, refusing valid one-column surfaces (Codex/CodeRabbit review on the #1581 fix). Add TEXT_PRESENTATION_RANGES (the 150 code points verified exhaustively against the pinned crate), subtract the extra column in the plain sum when U+FE0E immediately follows one, and add the 57 BMP bases that were also missing from WIDE_RANGES (they measured 1 alone, Rust 2). Differential over U+0020..U+2FFFF, alone and +U+FE0E: 57 alone and 93 text-presentation divergences fixed, zero new. Tests: world-surface 8/8, tsc clean; full web suite has the same single pre-existing search-panel aria-label failure as clean HEAD.
