chore: untrack stray root artifacts (build-openchamber-fork.log, .unisonHistory) - #378

…nisonHistory Fixes #377 build-openchamber-fork.log contained only 'exit=0' (build-capture leftover from 82636d6); .unisonHistory is Unison UCM interactive session history. Neither is referenced by any tracked file. Root-anchored ignore rules (/.unisonHistory, /*.log) prevent recurrence without affecting intentional logs deeper in the tree.
