• Add the decision-ready F13.8 topology design at doc/2026-11-01_design_id790.md.
• Recommend an endpoint-keyed coordinator with independent session handles and origin-session capability routing.

1. Add a standalone journal characterization test and pin existing players presence semantics.
2. Add concurrent multi-world sessions over one server endpoint.
3. Extend the coordinator to multiple endpoints with isolation and capability-routing coverage.

Docs-only; no implementation code changed. git diff --check passed. Tests were not run.
