fix(pm-stack/aggregator): drop negative Cloudflare export metrics (#4942) - #4976
applyCloudflareExport filters export metrics only for a finite used, so a negative value from the Cloudflare file-export doc was copied onto the service card with a percent derived from it, and the card was stamped sourceClass=api — presenting bad data as live measurement. applySupabaseExport in the same file already drops used<0 / limit<0 metrics.
Change
pm-stack/aggregator/src/saas-extract.ts: applyCloudflareExport now drops metrics with used < 0, mirroring the Supabase overlay. The metric keeps its prose/null fallback.
pm-stack/aggregator/test/cloudflare-export.test.ts: regression test — a fresh doc with workers-requests: -500 and kv-reads: 1420 leaves workers-requests at its prose/null state (no negative used or percent, no Live-via note) while kv-reads still overlays and the card stays sourceClass=api.
Verification
bun test in pm-stack/aggregator: 1350 pass, 0 fail (98 files).
bunx tsc --noEmit: one pre-existing error on clean main at test/overview.test.ts(12,7) (TS2741 rfa missing) — present before this change and unrelated.
applyCloudflareExport accepted any finite used value, so a negative
measurement from the export doc was stamped onto the card as live data
(sourceClass=api) with a negative derived percent. applySupabaseExport
in the same file already refuses used<0 / limit<0; mirror that rule so
the metric keeps its prose/null fallback.
Regression test: a fresh doc with workers-requests=-500 leaves that
metric unchanged while valid metrics in the same doc still overlay.

The Cloudflare export overlay now rejects metrics with negative used values. A regression test checks that the negative metric is not applied and that a valid metric in the same export is applied.

Summary
Filter and regression test pm-stack/aggregator/src/saas-extract.ts, pm-stack/aggregator/test/cloudflare-export.test.ts
The export filter accepts only finite, nonnegative used values. The test checks that a negative workers-requests value is not applied, while a valid kv-reads value is overlaid.
developing-today/code#2228: This PR adds the Cloudflare overlay that the current change modifies, and its associated test file.
Merge Risk: Minimal · up to 59c03
The change rejects negative measurements while retaining valid measurements and fallback values. No merge-blocking defect remains; the regression test could assert the fallback percentage more precisely.

Explanation
The title names the main change: negative Cloudflare export metrics are dropped. The raw summary says applyCloudflareExport now excludes rows with a negative used value, and the added test covers a negative workers-requests metric. The title is specific and matches the changeset. The scope prefix and issue number are noise but do not make the title misleading.
Full details: Linked Issues check
Explanation
Issue #4942 requires filtering Cloudflare export metrics with negative used values, preserving the fallback, testing a negative and valid metric together, and passing the related suites. The diff adds m.used >= 0 to applyCloudflareExport. The regression test verifies that workers-requests keeps used = null, has no negative percent or Live-via note, while kv-reads overlays and sourceClass remains api. The PR reports that the aggregator test suite passes with 1350 tests and 0 failures.

The check percent ?? 0 followed by >= 0 also passes when percent is 0. A later change that writes 0 to this metric's percent would pass the test. The metric row would then show 0% instead of —. The current code leaves percent undefined for this metric. An exact assertion checks the stated fallback directly.

Update the assertion for byId["workers-requests"].percent to verify it is
undefined, preserving the expectation that this metric displays as “—” rather
than a percentage.

Landing this PR from task 9184 (issue #5285, the stranded-fix follow-up): verified fresh — diff is the one-filter change plus regression test, cloudflare-export tests pass 8/8 on the laptop, MERGEABLE/CLEAN, CodeRabbit pass. Codex review failed to run (usage limits), so there are no findings to disposition. Merging under the standing merge criteria; task 8048 completes as already-done on its next claim.
