…ue binary (#5414) The binary-direct migration (#5362) retired repo-queue.py, which poll.py imported as its queue helper and prompt.md named as the CLI for every claimant/worker verb. The claimant has failed closed on every fire since: 221 unbound handed_off candidates had piled up across the pilot queues with no sessions launching. poll.py now fetches claimed rows through the queue-broker rich /list (no service-role key on the claimant path), and prompt.md names the repo-queue binary (~/fleet-brokers/bin/repo-queue, direct-broker transport) as the queue CLI. The broker/client side landed with the fleet-brokers direct-mode change. test_poll.py: 36 passed; live poll.py run reports the real candidate set and cap room.

What broke
The binary-direct migration retired
repo-queue.py. The laptop opencode-claimant was a missed consumer:poll.pyimported the Python file as its queue helper, andprompt.mdnamed it as the CLI for every verb. It has failed closed on every 10-minute fire since (~05:00Z), and the handed_off pile grew to 221 unbound candidates across the pilot queues.Changes
poll.py: candidate discovery now POSTs the queue-broker's/listwithrich: true(token from~/.config/queue-broker/token) instead of importing a helper with a service-role key. Any broker failure raises — fail closed, never guess. Output contract unchanged.prompt.md: the queue CLI is nowrepo-queue(~/fleet-brokers/bin/repo-queue, direct-broker transport); worker-session instructions name it too.Broker/client side (already deployed): queue-broker
