ktfmt changes groupId to "org.jetbrains" starting with version 0.65 #3125
Description
Spotless uses "com.facebook" to resolve "ktfmt". This perfectly works until version 0.64. Starting with the unreleased version 0.65, the group changes to "org.jetbrains" which breaks our build because dependency "com.facebook:ktfmt:0.65" cannot be resolved. This should be fixed either to make it configurable, or, to simply use "org.jetbrains" if version >= 0.65.

I see, it's blocked by Kotlin/ktfmt#705.
