Fixes #15757.

Logged request targets such as GET /api/trpc/post.list,user.me?batch=1 were treated as file links. Exclude query-bearing route tokens after an HTTP method or proxying, while retaining real filesystem paths and URL links. Context-free tokens remain ambiguous; bare routes without a query keep existing behavior.

Maintainer takeover of #15838, originally implemented by @lnieuwenhuis. Preserved the contributor’s commits, merged current main, and replaced blanket question-mark filtering. This also fixes the prior review’s /tmp/report?draft and GET /api?+debug cases.

Verification on Linux:

• Added cases reduced from 16 to 6; terminal-links file 54 → 44 tests. Revised tests reproduced two failures in the original PR and four against main; all 44 pass after the rebuild.
• 141 focused terminal-link/Ghostty tests passed on the final revision; web typecheck, scoped lint and formatting passed.
• Real web terminal with neutral output: clicking the route does not open an editor; its cursor is text. The real file retains its pointer cursor and underline; query-bearing URL remains linked.
• macOS, Windows, Electron desktop, iOS and Android were not verified here. Web and desktop share the detector; mobile is unchanged. Remote/relay/tunnel were not exercised.
