fix(mobile): the Git sheet uses the standard list rows

The thread Git sheet drew its own bordered card, circled icons, bold titles and hand-placed dividers instead of the design system's grouped list, so it looked unlike Settings and every other grouped list. When no commit/push/PR actions applied (for example a thread outside a repository), a stray divider also sat above the first row.

The action rows now render as ListRows inside a ListSection. The linked pull requests and the worktree path sit in titled ListSections too, so they share the grouped-card surface and section headers. The worktree path wraps instead of being cut off, and it can still be selected. SheetListRow and MetaCard had no other callers and are removed. The rows' actions and disabled reasons are unchanged.

I opened the Git sheet for a thread with uncommitted changes, an upstream lag and five linked PRs, and captured both states on the same data. Tapping "Branches & worktrees" still opens the Branches sheet.
• apps/mobile typecheck, plus vp lint and vp fmt --check on the changed files.
• Not checked on Android: T3's device tools could not boot an emulator on this machine. Android already uses ListRow/ListSection throughout Settings, which this sheet now matches.
