Problem

In the composer’s model menu and permissions menu, moving the pointer between permission options can leave it over neither option. The hover preview disappears in the gap even though a permission mode remains selected.

Change

Remove the spacing between the radio items and round only the outer corners of the row. Adjacent options now share a boundary across their full height. This applies to the shared permissions section in web and desktop; it does not change the selected permission or keyboard behavior.
