Keep ACP agent errors out of ProviderSetupError.detail.

The helper currently copies AcpRequestError.errorMessage into the client-facing detail. A failed browser sign-in or session verification can therefore expose arbitrary agent output to another provider-auth subscriber. Keep the error only in cause, as in the PR base and the prior fix.

Review comment at @packages/provider-acp-registry/src/server/auth.ts around
lines 54 - 69:
Update the failure helper in the auth setup flow so ProviderSetupError.detail
uses the supplied detail unchanged and the ACP error remains only in cause.
Remove the ACP error detection and message-truncation logic, along with any
imports or constants made unused by that change.
