A grant's funder is now picked from an organization search, so the ticket callout shows the funding org (a foundation/company) rather than one named individual, which better reflects that a funder is usually not a single person. Grant funder entry stays a person-or-organization picker (not required to be an org). A new optional 'Funder display name' overrides what shows on scholarship tickets, so a grant can read as its funding org (a foundation or family fund) instead of one named individual, while the linked funder still tracks the real contact.
