• The five newest user-facing PRs (Add optional funder display name to grants #2573, Show the W-9 on the payment callout before paying #2572, Flag over-allocated payments in red on totals and with an icon in lists #2566, Follow-up flag on communications, single-click flag toggle in combined feed #2549, Consolidate Pay billing on person merge; let invoices follow a merge #2531) already self-documented on main, so they're intentionally not here.
• Skipped as non-user-facing: CI/dependency (fix badge workflow #2567, Update rails 8.1.4 #2565) and dev-seed-only fixes (Fix dev seed crash on school-district org addresses #2539, Fix affiliation-history dev seed aborting on re-run #2514).
• Rebasing onto main will conflict at the top of the file, since main's recent entries and these both insert into the 2026-09 block — resolve by keeping both.
