Main's test file (31 tests) has evolved well past the branch copy (15).isDeclinedOrFailedhelper and extra exports (TriageMessage, isDateLike, cleanMerchant, merchantFromSubject) — unreviewed rescued uncommitted work on a stale base. Optional follow-up at most, not a reason to keep this decision issue open.
