id: split pkgs/id/src/web/markdown.rs (5,284 production lines) — remove the F11.10 line-guard grandfather entry #4704

Why
pkgs/id/src/web/markdown.rs was measured at 5,284 production lines / 10,045 total on origin/main 0e26fa4b3 (triage task 2577 for #1411) — more than double the F11.10 2,500-production-line limit (#808). On current main c0e9d059a, the guard counts 5,350 production lines.
The regression guard added for #1411 grandfathers this one file explicitly so the check can pass while failing on any new violator. The guard is now on main via PR #4709. This issue is the linked removal condition: when markdown.rs is split below the limit, delete its grandfather entry in the same PR.
Scope
- Split
pkgs/id/src/web/markdown.rsinto cohesive modules (codec/import/export seams are the natural fault lines) so no resulting production file exceeds 2,500 production lines. - No behavior change: the existing markdown test suites must pass unchanged.
- Remove the grandfather entry for markdown.rs from
.github/scripts/check-production-line-limit.shin the same PR.
Acceptance criteria
- Every resulting production module from the markdown split is at or below 2,500 production lines, and only the markdown.rs grandfather entry is removed.
- Existing id markdown tests pass; the guard script passes with the separate entries for id: split pkgs/id/src/cli.rs (2,598 production lines) — remove the F11.10 line-guard grandfather entry #4715, id: split pkgs/id/src/web/routes.rs (2,573 production lines) — remove the F11.10 line-guard grandfather entry #4716, and id: split pkgs/id/src/world_session/mod.rs (2,821 production lines) — remove the F11.10 line-guard grandfather entry #4717 still present. Those other files and entries are outside this issue's scope.
