…po worker (#3026) Step 4d now tells the launched worker to pass --worker <candidate worker_id> on every helper verb (the claim belongs to the queue repo worker, not the claimant), to heartbeat to keep the lease, and to carry the bound session id in its terminal --execution block. Without this the first real claimant launch would have failed every terminal verb on claim ownership.

Follow-up to #4461: claimant prompt step 4d — the launched worker session must use the queue repo worker (claim owner) on all helper verbs, heartbeat to hold the lease, and echo the bound session id in its terminal --execution block. Refs #3026.
