Answers doc for Drew's 2026-11-04 essay questions about the ID program (pkgs/id), grounded in the cited issues and tree state at origin/main af0847d0.

Adds: doc/2026-11-04_id-program-essay-answers.md — 13 sections, one per question, plain-language answer first with citations after, including:

• the Phase 3 (audit) of #3231 — field-by-field receipt-validation audit for pkgs/id artifacts + contract statement #3232 caveat (shows CLOSED 2026-11-04T17:03:48Z, but its comments record the audit as gated / not started, with id(artifact): home_declared world_id gets only an is_empty check in parsed() — a 100 KB, whitespace-only, control- or bidi-bearing world_id is accepted and stored, and the same endpoint can be listed twice with different worlds #3187 the last gate — closed state alone is not evidence the audit completed)
