…st tables - ready-for-agent 1.1.0 as a systemd user unit (no upstream container image); developing-today/code registered via the harness GraphQL API, Merge Policy OFF (human merge), all issue authors included, build model on the laptop's OpenCode 2. Trial on issue #762 produced PR #763 with exactly the requested one-line diff; left open for review. - Pad 0.18.1 container (loopback + tailnet only), workspace seeded with the PM-stack design + Phase 1/2 plans as Plan items. - Grist 1.7.21 (grist-oss) chosen over Baserow (evaluation in the design record); seeded Program roadmap with 16 real rows. - Kaneo registration posture fix: deploy.sh renders DISABLE_REGISTRATION=true by default; opening requires the explicit KANEO_OPEN_REGISTRATION=1 one-render opt-out (2026-10-24 incident, recorded in the design doc's Phase 1 as-built correction). - Design record: Phase 1 as-built completed from PR #752's record, Phase 2 as-built, phases numbering reconciled, aggregator UI scoped (cross-repo links + cross-repo comments as first-class requirements), Kaneo fork decision recorded. - New secrets (pad.*, grist.*) in SOPS, mirrored to Bitwarden and 1Password per the fleet rule.

The aggregator UI (session K, pm/aggregator-ui) consumes a swappable Source behind one interface. Lands the read model (repo-qualified issue/PR refs, the comment projection with PR-interior entries), the pure derivations (execution strip, roadmap timeline lanes, unified comment stream), and a fixture source shaped like the live readers, with the real Grist seed rows and the design record's known refs (#752/#754/#762/#763, nix #501-508, opencode #365).
