Minor · Functional Correctness · Quick win

Reject non-digit fractional suffixes.

auto-2026-03-12T06:42:30.md satisfies the current parser because it removes .md. This violates the PR requirement that only auto-{ISO_DATE} names are Auto. The file receives Auto listing behavior, including backup ordering and parent resolution. Preferred-name selection is not always affected.

This is a narrow residual case, but the correction is localized and preserves valid fractional timestamps.

🐛 Suggested fix
     let s = if let Some(dot_pos) = s.rfind('.') {
-        &s[..dot_pos]
+        let fraction = &s[dot_pos + 1..];
+        if fraction.is_empty() || !fraction.bytes().all(|b| b.is_ascii_digit()) {
+            return None;
+        }
+        &s[..dot_pos]
     } else {
         s
     };

Add auto-2026-03-12T06:42:30.md to the existing non-date regression cases.

Review comment at @pkgs/id/src/web/routes.rs around lines 156 - 157:
Update parse_iso_timestamp to reject a dotted suffix unless it is a non-empty
sequence of digits, while preserving valid fractional timestamps; add
auto-2026-03-12T06:42:30.md to the existing non-date regression cases so it is
not classified as Auto.
