fix(mobile): scale and align thread list icons - #25668
Mobile thread-list project and device icons use fixed sizes beside text that scales with both T3's text-size preference and the system font scale. This makes the icons too small at larger text sizes, and fixed top offsets no longer align them with the first title line.
Change
Make project icons 20 pt beside a default 16 pt title, and device icons 13 pt beside the metadata label. Derive both sizes from the adjacent text's app typography and system font scale. Center the project icon and trailing status within the first title line, and derive the text/search inset from the actual project icon width. Settled/snoozed project icons use the same sizing.
Titles still wrap to two lines. The earlier single-line title limit and empty metadata spacer have been removed, as Alex requested. Pending/draft rows retain their separate layout.
Scope and approval
Alex requested this focused correction after reviewing icon sizing with Julius. It changes the shared iOS/Android Home and sidebar row presentation. No contracts, provider adapters, transports, web/desktop, or documentation changes are needed. The host metadata inset remains a separate PR; no merge order is required.
Verification
vp run check:changed passed formatting, lint, knip, and affected mobile/scripts typechecks.
These are standalone comparisons: before is the shared base e2d3ded436; after is this PR head a5a4c01 alone. The host-inset companion is absent from both sides.
Native iPhone 18 Pro (iOS 27.0) and Pixel 10 Pro (Android 15), using sanitized demo threads, app text 16 pt, and normal system text size (iOS Large/default; Android Medium/default). Theme, device, and list position match within each comparison.
The scaling matrix below captures larger app text, larger system text, and both together on this PR alone. Project and machine icons grow with their adjacent text; two-line titles remain supported. Integration with the host-inset companion was checked separately. App/system sizes were restored to normal afterward.
No cosmetic UI test added. Physical devices were not exercised. This update changes evidence only.

Macroscope's review found this PR approvable — This is a focused mobile presentation fix that dynamically sizes existing thread-list icons and aligns them with scaled text. It changes only local row layout and does not alter product defaults, APIs, workflows, or static-analysis configuration.
You can add or adjust custom eligibility rules. Learn more.
The mobile thread row now derives title and metadata typography, icon sizes, and title alignment from the window font scale. The title inset, favicon placement, status-row height, and machine icon size use scaled values instead of fixed dimensions.
The row derives scaled title and metadata roles, project and machine icon sizes, and title line height. The project favicon and title inset use the scaled project-icon size. The favicon is centered within the title line height, and the status row uses that line height as its minimum height.
pingdotgg/t3code#24925: Changes the mobile AppText system-font-scaling contract used by the thread row.
pingdotgg/t3code#25155: Adds pending-question status content to the title-adjacent row whose alignment changes here.

Long mobile thread titles may still produce uneven card heights; the small one-line adjustment should be made before or immediately after merge.

When a title exceeds the available width, numberOfLines={2} lets it wrap. That makes the card taller and leaves the icon and status aligned with only the first title line. Set numberOfLines={1} to meet the stated one-line layout goal. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

When environmentLabel is absent and there is no trailing badge or provider icon, this empty View has no content height. The metadata row then collapses instead of retaining the height of a label line, so otherwise similar cards have different heights. Give the spacer a minimum height derived from metadataTypography.lineHeight * fontScale. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

The two outside-diff findings request the row-stabilization behavior Alex explicitly asked to remove. The current scope is scalable leading icons and first-line alignment: titles intentionally retain numberOfLines={2}, and the empty metadata spacer retains the original layout. The updated description records that direction. I verified both findings against a5a4c01; neither calls for a code change under the revised scope.

* feat(mobile): run the chrome e2e across poses on the device pool
`vp run mobile:e2e` now leases iOS and Android devices from the Simlock pool
(SIMLOCK_AGENT_DEVICE_URL + AGENT_DEVICE_DAEMON_AUTH_TOKEN) instead of booting
local simulators, and walks each of 12 poses (phone sizes, iPads, a fold,
a tablet, dark mode, largest text) through the app: thread list, a thread,
scrolling, typing, back, settings, then rotation or folding.
Every screen gets generic layout checks that need no per-screen code: app in
front, no error screen or launch dialog, no fixed control cut off by the
screen edge, no sibling controls stacked, nothing under a system bar, no
input under the keyboard. Transitions keep the video check for tabs lagging
the screen, now measured against the recording's own first and last frames.
Afterwards a headless Claude reviews each pose's screenshots for what the
checks cannot see, and the findings land in the same report grid.
`mobile:install --session` now has the session's host download the dev
client from the shared cache with the read-only key, instead of uploading it
through the gateway (13 s instead of 10+ minutes for an APK).

* chore(mobile): e2e poses for current devices, Duo and landscape fixes
Poses now cover iPhone SE, iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone Duo folded and unfolded,
iPad Pro 13" in both orientations, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro Fold folded,
unfolded and unfolded landscape, and Pixel Tablet in both orientations.
Landscape poses rotate once the app is up (a rotation during launch is lost)
and check that the screen really is wider than tall. Taps fall back to the
element's centre when agent-device refuses a covered ref, and a gateway
whose workers briefly reconnect is retried.

* fix(mobile): e2e landscape poses rotate for real on tablets and folds
agent-device names rotations relative to the device's natural orientation,
which is landscape on the Pixel Tablet and an unfolded Fold, so
"landscape-left" turned them portrait. The runner now asks for a shape and
tries each rotation until the screen has it. It also prepares each platform's
dev client before leasing, rides out longer worker drops, and skips the
Duo poses by default until agent-device can fold Simlock's simulators.

* fix(mobile): select the correct draft after adding a project (pingdotgg#24269)
* fix(mobile): mobile:install no longer requires --prepare
The --prepare flag from pingdotgg#25390 had no default, so effect/cli made it
required and every mobile:install failed with "Missing required flag".

* fix(build): TEMPORARY workaround so linux-arm64 builds run on 16/64 KiB page kernels (pingdotgg#25825)
TEMPORARY workaround for an upstream Node bug: nodejs/node#67048
Node 26.9+ --build-sea writes linux-arm64 executables that 16/64 KiB page kernels cannot load.
linux-arm64 now injects with postject, and the archive build rejects incompatible ELF layouts.
One-time exception. Revert once Node ships a fix: grep for the Node issue URL and drop postject
from scripts/package.json.

Problem
