fix(web): give dialog titles a readable line height - #30527
Wrapped titles in the update dialog and other dialogs and sheets had cramped line spacing, making them harder to read.
Change
Use leading-snug for shared dialog, alert dialog, and sheet title components so wrapped titles have readable spacing across web and desktop.
Scope and approval
This is a small, focused fix to an obvious readability issue in shared title components. Git history indicates the tight line height dates to the original Base UI adoption.
Verification
vp run check:changed passed, including formatting, lint, typecheck, React compiler, and the focused test run. Visual browser verification remains outstanding.
Macroscope's review found this PR approvable — Increases line spacing for dialog, alert-dialog, and sheet titles to improve wrapped-heading readability. The change is limited to typography, with no changes to interactions or data handling.

Attach before/after captures for the title components.
This PR changes the line height of AlertDialogTitle, DialogTitle, and SheetTitle, and the repository requires before/after captures as proof for visual fixes. The PR reports that visual verification is still outstanding. Capture each component with a single-line title and a wrapped title. Confirm that the new line height removes the cramped spacing without clipping or changing dialog height.

Verified the actual shared title components in the isolated dev browser with single-line and wrapped titles. All six cases render without clipping at a computed 27.5px line height for 20px text. Also opened the real ConfirmDialogHost with the update prompt and verified cancellation. The before capture restores the previous line-height: 1 in the browser; the after capture uses the current component classes. The extra title and dialog height is expected from increased line spacing.
Before/after PNGs have been captured locally. Evidence upload is still pending because the GitHub browser session is signed out. Leaving this thread unresolved and holding the merge until the captures can be attached. No production code changes were needed.

@Yash-Singh1 Thanks for the detailed verification report. The increased title and dialog height is expected from the increased line spacing. My earlier requirement to preserve dialog height was incorrect.
Your report covers all six title cases and the ConfirmDialogHost cancellation check. I have not inspected the captures.
The supplied CONTRIBUTING.md guidance requires before/after screenshots attached or linked in the PR. Once upload is available, please attach the captures and label the simulated before state (line-height: 1). The missing attachments remain the open item for this thread. No production code change is requested.
